OFF SEASON WORKOUTS CONTINUE
Off Season Workouts are going strong. We have around 35 coming on a regular basis and a few "want-a-be" football players that feel working out once per week is enough.
Off Season Workouts are totally voluntary and will be every MONDAY - WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY
until August 2nd, 2010. Other days will depend on weather and will be announced at regular workouts.
If we are NOT IN SCHOOL DUE TO WEATHER, assume workouts for that day are cancelled.
When not in school for other reasons, we will lift at 9 a.m.
